Care Packages

We are often asked what items we need, that can be sent anytime of the year, that will help make our work more effective.  We've put together the below list of items for that purpose.

We are required to pay customs plus a fee of $1.25 per pound.  Thus we ask that you use wisdom in packaging, and even let us know in advance of their coming so that we can be prepared when we acquire our mail.

  • Photo albums
  • 35mm film
  • AA batteries
  • AAA batteries
  • Kitchen towels /dish cloth/hot pot holder
  • Fresh M&Ms
  • Junior Mints/peppermint patties
  • Dry mixes for salad dressing or dips
  • Other dry mix food stuff
  • Stamps
  • Flashlights
  • Inexpensive toys for kids to get in mail. It is fun for them to get a package.
  • Fingernail polish
  • Brown eyeliner
  • Pink blush
  • Decorative candles
  • Scented Candles
  • Kids video or DVD Music CD
  • Candy for kids (small individually wrapped is good)
